With the Fourth of July holiday coming up this Friday, St. Tammany Health System has announced the following hours for the extended weekend:
Emergency services: All of the health system’s emergency services, including at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington and at our standalone Emergency Department in Mandeville, are open 24 hours a day every day. As always, they will remain open around the clock through the holiday weekend.Express Care and Express Care Kids: STHS’s Express Care walk-in clinic in Covington (80 Gardenia Drive) and its Express Care Kids clinic in Mandeville (3663 U.S. 190) will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (July 4, 5 and 6). Primary care clinics: All traditional St. Tammany Physicians Network primary care clinics will be closed Friday in observance of the Fourth of July, reopening Monday, July 7. Specialty and outpatient clinics: All STHS specialty and outpatient clinics will be closed Friday in observance of the Fourth of July, reopening Monday, July 7.St. Tammany Health System Pharmacy at Braswell’s: The pharmacy at Braswell’s will be closed be closed Friday in observance of the Fourth of July, reopening Saturday, July 5 Employee Pharmacy: The STHS Employee Pharmacy located inside St. Tammany Parish Hospital will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 4.Hospital shuttle and valet services: Valet service will be suspended for July 4th. For the convenience of colleagues and visitors, a single parking lot shuttle will offer service to Lot 7 only from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
